Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Veterans 
and First Responders 

Are you interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) …..for 

FREE Starting May 29, 2022 

Join us Sundays at 12 noon at G3 Academy, 303 W. 
Sierra Madre Blvd, Sierra Madre, CA. (next to Arnold’s Hardware) 

Freeclasses for veterans and first responders that are 

interested in learning and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are being 
offered to all men and women who have served our country and 
communities. Whether you have zero experience or are a 
seasoned practitioner, all are welcome. No equipment is 
necessary. 

Classes will be held at the G3 Academy in Sierra Madre and are 
being taught by BJJ blackbelt, Glenn Lambdin, a Vietnam Era 
Veteran. 

If you are interested in learning, training, working on fitness and 
staying healthy, networking with other vets and first responders, 
and building a sense of camaraderie, please contact
