WORKING TOGETHER: 

The Rotary Club of Sierra Madre’s food 
drive to support Foothill Unity Center in 
Monrovia. along with other Area 4 Rotary 
clubs of Arcadia, Monrovia, and Duarte 
combined collection of food items 
from February 1-13th in their respective 
cities to present to Foothill Unity on 
February 14th to “Share the Love”. Over 
100 clubs from Districts 5300 & 5330 in 
Southern California and Las Vegas areas 
held food drives during this time to support 
food banks in their areas. 

Tashera Taylor, CEO of Foothill Unity 
Center thanked the Rotary Clubs at a 
presentation ceremony for their donations. 
She said that it was much needed 
as they were in between major food 
drives. Several of the Foothill Unity 
Board of Directors were also present 
including our own Pete Siberell from Sierra 
Madre.
