The City of Sierra Madre gives notice, pursuant to State of California law, that the Planning Commission will conduct a 
public hearing to rezone the “City Yards” property located at 611 E. Sierra Madre Boulevard (APN 5766-005-903), from 
R-1-15 (One-Family Residential) to the CIV (Civic/City Park) zone, and revise the zoning map accordingly. A Municipal 
Code Text Amendment (MCTA 13-04) is proposed to amend Chapter 17.18 (CIV zone) of the Municipal Code to add public 
sports and wireless communication facilities uses as permitted uses in the CIV zone.
