who may otherwise be interested in the WILL or estate, or both of KIM 
DENISE WEST AKA KIM D. WEST.

A PETITION FOR PROBATE has been filed by MARK EDWARD

THE PETITION FOR PROBATE requests that MARK EDWARD 
WEST be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of
