The City of Sierra Madre gives notice, pursuant to State of California law, that the City 
Council will introduce, waive reading in full, and conduct a public hearing to consider 
recommending adoption of Ordinance 1413, amending sections of the SMMC in Title 17 
“Zoning” regarding lighting regulations in residential zones. The affected zones are: R-1 
(One Family Residential), R-2 (Two Family Residential), R-3 (Medium/High Density), R-C 
(Residential Canyon), and HMZ (Hillside Management) Zones, respectively.
