Pursuant to Sierra Madre Municipal Code Section 17.82.050, a property maybe designated a historic landmark if it meets prescribed historic or architec- tural criteria. At the meeting of November 17, 2022, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing. Upon conducting a site visit, on December 1, 2022, the Planning Commission voted in consent to recommend the City Council the approval of the landmark designation.
