This notice serves to inform you that the City Council will be conducting a Public Hearing on the date, time, and the 
location described below regarding the subdivision of land and certification of an environmental impact report, with 
mitigation measures, to create nine (9) single-family residential lots on approximately 9.06 acres of the property owned 
by Ginkgo Stonehouse, LLC, referred to as “The Ginkgo Stonehouse Residential Project.”

The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the project application and recommended that the City 
Council certify the Environmental Impact Report (EIR), adopt a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and 
approve Tentative Tract Map 65348 as proposed. Application approval may be made pursuant to applicable findings for 
each independent action.

The Brown Act provides the public with an opportunity to make public comments at any public meeting. Public comment
