FRANCES FARNAM:

The Sierra Madre Rose Float Association is pleased to announce that
Frances Farnam is the recipient of our 2026 SMRFA ScholarshipAward. This award recognizes one student in either their senior year

excellence, service to the community, and dedication to the work of
the Sierra Madre Rose Float Association.

Frances served as a princess on our 2024 float and has been involved
