CAT OF THE WEEK
It’s a Girl!
My name is
Sammie and I’m
a girl! I’m a really
cute tabby and
only 3 months
old. I’m fun and
very playful, but
I will also love
to fall asleep
in your arms. I
like other nice kitties, too, and would love to be
adopted along with another play pal. I’ve been spayed and have all my vaccines, so I’m ready for
my forever home! I hope it’s with you! Please call the nice lady who is taking care of me, at 626-
991-6619. You can see more pictures of me at www.lifelineforpets.org, the Independently Rescued
page. I can’t wait to meet my future forever humans!
Pet of the Week
Bailey (A448879)is a friendly four year old Labrador
Retriever mix. He enjoys going for walks and even sits
patiently while being leashed. Bailey is an active dog who
also enjoys fetch and other activities that keep him on
the go. Even though he likes to be active, he also can be
calm and relaxed when snuggling with our volunteers.
This happy boy is looking for an active family where he
can be a part of all of your adventures.
The adoption fee for dogs is $140. All dogs are spayed
or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated before going
to their new home.
New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal
Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.
View photos of adoptable pets at pasadenahumane.org. Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 4
p.m. Sunday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Pets may not be available for adoption and cannot be held for potential adopters by phone
calls or email.
LOOKING FOR A BEST FRIEND?
Hank is a lovely and gentle 6-year old Shepherd and
Husky mixed pup with striking good looks sporting
a mocha color coat, bushy tail, goofy smile, and
icy blue beautiful eyes. Before he was found, Hank
lived on his own for some time, not having consistent
meals or a place to sleep. Weighing only about
52 pounds at this time, this resilient boy is the
quintessential good boy, well behaved on a leash,
and gentle while taking treats. Hank seems friendly
with other dogs. He would appreciate some TLC,
food and a cozy place to sleep.
If you are that special family out there that can provide
a forever loving and safe home for Hank and
show him all the good things in life, please stop by
to meet him! Adoption fee is $145, which includes
neuter surgery, microchip, first vaccinations and
a free wellness check-up at a participating veterinarian.
To arrange a ‘Meet and Greet’, please visit
the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society between
10:30am to 4:30pm Tuesday through Sunday. Website:
