Wondering who qualifies?
Curious to see the tax break in action?
In April, C.A.R. began running a new consumer ad campaign
to educate consumers who might benefit from Proposition 19.
In addition to a targeted ad campaign, we've created a new
website (prop19taxbreak.com) for consumers to get up-to-
date information on this potential property tax break.
One helpful feature of the site is the examples of how the tax

during uncertain times. Said Ms. Regan, “Working in Sierra Madre
has shown me the love and dedication this community has for their
Library. I am grateful to be given the opportunity to strengthen and
grow with the Library as I take on my new role as City Librarian. I
am excited for the upcoming challenges and humbled by the sup-
port and commitment of the City of Sierra Madre.”
