HOT STUFF!
“We’re havin’ a heatwave, a tropical heatwave...” I was going to pose the
questions as to who sang it first, who made it more famous the second
time, in what movies, and who wrote it, but all you have to do these days
is look it up on the internet - way too easy! For those of you who do, check
out the lyrics - pretty racy stuff for 1938 and even 1954! I’m not gonna
give away the answers though... you never know when QuizMistress
Deanna might want to use ‘em in her Tuesday Night Trivia at Cafe 322! I
suggest you do your homework. Trivia Night details below and photo of
the hostess attached. You can also see her perform with the Mellow Dz,
Mercy & the Merkettes and New Astroturf.
