CAT OF THE WEEK

PURR-FECT
POLYDACTYLS!

Meet LEO & MICAH,
twin tabbies, age 1
year. Both are full
polydactyls, which
means they have an
extra toe on all four
paws! Very rare! These
boys are soooo handsome, too! Leo, especially, sports
very bold markings, while his brother, Micah, wears
white paws. They are still quite shy, but are perhaps
on the brink of becoming more confident. Call 626-
449-1717 to arrange a meet & greet at The Cats
Pajamas in Pasadena. Come and adopt both to get our
“Twofur” discount! They will come neutered, current
on vaccines, and microchipped. A quiet, patient home
would be best. Go to our Young Cats page to see more pictures of them and their video at www.
lifelineforpets.org.

LOOKING FOR A BEST FRIEND?

Wallie and Cinnamon are a senior bonded pair
who came to San Gabriel Humane from an LA
City Shelter. They want to be adopted together
to live out their retirement years in a comfortable
home.

Wallie is a 15-year-old Sharpei mix with a
beautiful black coat with a bit of gray. Wallie is a
mellow dog who is comfortable with people and
enjoys getting attention. He’s an affectionate boy
with a sweet disposition.

Cinnamon is a 10-year-old terrier mix who is less
than half Wallie’s size, but is clearly the dominant
dog in their relationship. Cinnamon also has a
calm, easy-going personality and enjoys being
with people. Both Wallie and Cinnamon enjoy
going for walks together and are easy to manage
on the leash. Both dogs qualify for the “Senior for Senior Adoption Discount Program” and the
“Buddy System Adoption Program”. Their adoption fees includes neuter surgery, vaccinations,
microchip and a free wellness exam at a participating veterinarian.

Pet of the Week

If you’re looking for a cuddly, snuggly real-life teddy
bear, look no further! Capone (A467105) loves people!
He was taken to the social yard recently so that staff and
volunteers could get some video footage of him, and he
had a blast! He hopped around from person to person,
and the camera, asking for pets. He also doesn’t mind
one-on-one time with a human friend, especially when
they have yummy dog treats. He just enjoys a ton of head
and neck scratches and full-body pets. Capone is looking
to be your right-hand dog; he loves to go hiking, go for
car ride adventures, and do anything that you do! Visit
Capone at the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA.

The adoption fee for dogs is $140. All dogs are spayed or
neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated before going to their new home.

New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal
Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.

View photos of adoptable pets at pasadenahumane.org. Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 4
p.m. Sunday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Pets may not be available for adoption and cannot be held for potential adopters by phone
calls or email.
