ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE VALIDATION OF: all proceedings conducted by each of the Altadena Wildfire Recovery Infrastructure Financing District Public Financing Authority, which 
servesas the governing body of theDistrict (the“District Board”), and theBoard of Supervisors of the Countyof Los Angeles relating to: (i) the formation of the AltadenaWildfire RecoveryInfrastructure 
Financing District (“District”); (ii) the Adoption of the InfrastructureFinancingPlan (“IFP”)forthe District;and (iii) the Allocation of Taxes to the District; (iv) the authority of the District to issue bonds 
securedbythetaxesallocatedtotheDistrictpursuanttotheIFP;and(v)allothermattersandproceedingsrelatedtheretohaveuntilMarch5,2026toappearandfileawrittenanswertothecomplaintatthis 
court and have a copy served on the plaintiff. A letter or phone call will not protect you. Your written response must be in proper legal form if you want the court to hear your case. There may be a court

such as wage garnishment or seizure of your real or personal property.

The District has brought this action to determine the validity of the formation of the Altadena Wildfire Recovery Infrastructure Financing District (“District”); (ii) the Adoption of the Infrastructure 
Financing Plan (“IFP”) for the District; and (iii) the Allocation of Taxes to the District; (iv) the authority of the District to 2issue bonds secured by the taxes allocated to District 
pursuant to the IFP; and (v) all other matters and proceedings related thereto.
