The Frostig Center has forged aclose relationship with PUSD inrecent years. The Consultation& Education Dept. has workedextensively with faculty at BlairHigh and Middle School andwith early childhood educators inthe district’s pre-schools.

Dr. Roberta J. Goldberg,
director of the Consultation & 
Education Department, said 
her team introduced teachers to 
research-based strategies that 
are used at Frostig School, whichservices students in grades 1-12who have diagnosed learningdifferences. “We are delighted toshare these strategies with othersbecause our goal is the same:
success for all students,” Dr.
Goldberg said.

The Common Core trainingprogram was funded in partby a grant from The GreenFoundation.

Each year, many organizations select local High School Seniorsfor potential scholarships. There is one catch – the recipient mustenroll in college to actually receive their checks.
