Movie Reviews Especially for Teens & ‘Tweens
JURASSIC PARK 3D
This is one
of my favorite sci-
fi/action movie of
all time. I find the
plot intriguing, the
acting amazing,
and the ideas that it
proposes chillingly
realistic. In the past,
I’ve found that 3D
does not always
help a movie, but
here, the 3D blends
beautifully.
The plot remains the same: a genius scientist (Richard
Attenborough) has created a new kind of ‘biological preserve’
on an island near Costa Rica. After experiencing legal issues, he
requires the help of Doctors Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Ellie
Sattler (Laura Dern) to sign of on his park’s safety. Even the
mathematician Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) is brought in.
However, they soon discover that the park has much more to
offer than any of them had thought.
The movie is the exact same as before; nothing has
changed, but I found that the 3D, which is some of the best
I’ve ever seen, completely changes the experience. You really
feel like that velociraptor is going to bite your face off! I would
recommend this to people who have already seen the movie and
certainly to those who have not.
