TUCKER BOY!

Tucker, age 2, loves to run, pounce and
play, and usually can’t decide between
the laser pointer, the spring toy, or the
cat dancer -- he loves them all! Tucker
is shy at first, but with quiet, consistent
attention (and treats!) he doesn’t take long to warm up to his people and show up for scritches (and
treats!). Tucker has had some difficulty finding his place when there are other cats in the household,
and we believe that this super-soft brown tabby would do best as the only cat in the home. We can
help advise on how to help him acclimate to a new environment, and he’ll bring his own “starter
kit” of toys. He will come fully vetted and neutered. Call 626-676-9505. See more pictures, adoption
information and application at www.lifelineforpets.org.

CAT OF THE WEEK

MILO

Pet of the Week

Work hard, and play hard - that's what I
always say! My name's Milo (A477088), and I
love, love, love to play! Whether I'm chasing
after a tennis ball you've thrown me, or going
for a run outside, I love the high-energy, fast-
paced lifestyle! But I'm more than just the life
of the party. I don't want to brag, but I also
have my blue ribbon. That means I know sit,
down, AND stay! I'm basically the whole
package! And I haven't even mentioned my
lovable face. If you've been wanting a dog
who's the trifecta of beauty, brains, and
boundless energy, then come say hi!

The adoption fee for dogs is $140. All dogs
are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and
vaccinated before going to their new home.

New adopters will receive a complimentary
health-and-wellness exam from VCA
Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag
filled with information about how to care
for your pet.

View photos of adoptable pets at
pasadenahumane.org. Adoption hours are
11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday.

Pets may not be available for adoption and
cannot be held for potential adopters by
phone calls or email.

LOOKING FOR A BEST FRIEND?

Rousy is a playful 1 .-year-old
Mastiff/Labrador Retriever
mix pup with light auburn
eyes, a girly pink nose, and
a beautiful reddish-brown
coat. This 55-pound sporty
girl is silly and energetic and
is pure fun to be around. Her
favorite hobbies are sprinting,
fetching, and goofing off with
people in the outdoors. With
all this puppy energy she is still
well behaved in the tub and is
attentive to her people while
learning new tricks. Not much
is known of her circumstances
before she came to our shelter,
but we have noted that she
would do best in a single dog home.

If you’re that special family committed to giving Rousy the forever loving home she deserves,
then please stop to meet this sweet girl. Her adoption fee is $145, which includes
spay surgery, a microchip, first vaccinations and a free wellness check-up at a participating
veterinarian.
