The History of Food Will Be Explored During Spring Term of the Masters Series at Pasadena Senor Center The spring term of The Masters Series is scheduled Tuesdays, April 4 to May 23, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Pasadena Senior Center, 85 E. Holly St. The Masters Series, which embraces lifelong learning, is open to members of the Pasadena Senior Center. Register for individual classes at $15 or the entire term for $100. “Food History in Eight Tasty Bites” is the theme of the spring term. Classes will be taught by Dr. Carlo Coppola, a culinary historian, food writer, former chef and teacher of chefs.
