Arizmendi, Delmar Also Win Seats On City Council 
Gene Goss Rachelle Arizmendi Denise Delmar 
With 293 provisional ballots remaining 
to be counted, it is clear that Gene Goss, 
and Rachelle Arizmendi will be sworn 
in as new council members at the city’s 
reorganization meeting on April 22nd. 
Denise Delmar, who is leading the next 
candidate Noah Green by 109 votes in 
all liklihood was also be sworn in as 
the probability of the provisional votes 
changing the outcome is not very likely. 
On Measure UUT, the Utility Users Tax 
extension, the margin between Yes and 


No is considerably smaller.

 City Clerk Nancy Shollenberger announced 
that a manual count of one 
precinct will take place on April 14th 
and the final canvas on April 15th. The 
results will be certified at the April 22nd
