At Tuesday's meeting will include a request for an extension until June 20, 2025 to allow Ginkgo Stonehouse, LLC additional time to submit a complete development application for the Stonehouse Properties.. In addition to the extension of time, parties have agreed that the property is to be held as one parcel and not to be sold separately. Further, the selection of the consultant to perform the Environmental Impact Report is to be discussed on Tuesday. Earlier this week, the driver of a passenger vehicle cut in front of a PUSD School Bus requiring the driver to quickly move the bus and the precious cargo inside out of harms way.
